A Silver Spring man received a letter of apology from Montgomery County police after he contested a speed camera ticket on Georgia Avenue, <a href="http://www.wtop.com/41/3381895/Md-man-gets-speed-camera-ticket-after-driving-under-the-limit" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WTOP reported.</a> The camera had taken photos of two different cars, which is how the Silver Spring driver ended up getting a ticket for driving 34 mph in a 35 mph zone. <a href="http://www.wtop.com/41/3381895/Md-man-gets-speed-camera-ticket-after-driving-under-the-limit" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Read more at WTOP.com.</a>
