UPDATE: Man Exposes Penis to 12-year-old Girl at Bus Stop

Update Oct. 18, 3:50 p.m.: Takoma Park Police released a description of the suspect and the suspect's vehicle.

The suspect is described as a very light skinned Hispanic male with thin lips. He has a shaved head (buzz cut), slight mustache, and some facial hair below the chin that is not a full beard (styled very short). He is approximately 5-foot-7, 150 to 165 pounds and in his 30’s.

He was wearing a dark blue sweater with a hood attached at the time of the incident, police said. The sweater had a circle in the center of it with some unknown script in the middle of the circle. The blue jeans were a light shade of blue.

The vehicle is a yellow two door sports vehicle similar to a 2010 Chevy Camero. The vehicle has translucent tinted windows but they were not completely blacked out, police said. It also has a yellow spoiler in the rear with a single black stripe running down the sides of the car, but does not cover the entire length. It also has hard plates, unknown state, with black identifiers with a white background.
It was further described as “quiet sounding” and “brand new looking.” There is no damage to the vehicle, no bumper stickers or other unique identifiers, police said.

Original Story: A 30-year-old Hispanic male exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl Wednesday morning on the corner of Anne Street and Wildwood Avenue, Takoma Park Police said. The man has not been caught.

On Sept. 15 around 7:15 a.m., the girl was walking in the 7800 block of Kennewick Avenue to a bus stop located at the corner of Anne Street and Wildwood Avenue. A two-door, yellow sports car passed her several times and slowed down to look at her, police said.

On Sept. 16, around the same time, the girl once again noticed the same vehicle in the same area.

Then on Oct. 5, at 7:15 a.m., the girl was once again on Anne Street walking toward the bus stop located at the corner of Anne Street and Wildwood Avenue when she saw a Hispanic male, around 30 years old, hiding between some bushes located on the west side of Anne Street between Lockney Wildwood avenues, with his head poked out, police said.  

When the girl passed the man, she saw him holding his penis. The girl told police he would look at his penis, smile at her, and then look back at his penis.
