Guess the Restaurant: Where Do These Guys Dance?

I've decided to make this week's "Guess the restaurant (or business)" a little harder. My brilliant audience guessed the last two on first tries.

I came across these three critters while waiting for my order to be filled at a local restaurant.

The question is: Can you guess where?

Here are a few helpful hints to guide your guessing:

• This is one of the most highly-recommended restaurants on Lutherville-Timonium Patch, according to our old food reviewer.
• This restaurant has three other locations—two in Owings Mills and one in the Inner Harbor.
• Rainbow, Rock N' Roll and Volcano are popular menu items. 
• Patrons are encouraged to bang a drum upon entering and exiting the restaurant.
