Lutherville-Timonium Crime: $93K in Jewelry, $10K in Cash Stolen

East Aylesbury Road, unit block, 4:30 p.m. on April 24. About $93,000 worth of jewelry and $10,000 in cash were reported stolen from an 87-year-old woman, Baltimore County police said. The two suspects—a man and a woman—told the victim they were there to evaluate and repair a leaky roof. One of the suspects distracted the woman, while the other stole the jewelry and money, police said.Â

The suspects were reportedly driving a white van. The male suspect is described as white, in his 50s, about 5-foot-10, 250 pounds, with a mustache, wearing blue jeans, a jacket and glasses. The female suspect is described as white, about 35, 5-foot-4, 150 pounds, wearing blue jeans, a jacket and a baseball cap.Â
York Road, 2400 block, 11:47 p.m. on April 23. A burglar triggered an alarm at a local Allstate Insurance agency building after attempting to break in through the window. No further information is known at this time.Â

Greenmeadow Drive, 100 block, between 9 p.m. on April 21 and 9:30 a.m. on April 22. Residents reported vandals had spray painted five cars parked on the street.Â
