Lutherville-Timonium Crime: Woman Arrested After Moving In Without Permission

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Southwark Bridge Way, unit block, between Feb. 29 and 2 p.m. on Feb. 3. A snow blower and gas can were stolen out of an unlocked from shed.

Cavan Drive, unit block, at 9:51 a.m. on Feb. 28. A Baltimore woman was arrested for moving into a Lutherville home without the owners’ knowledge or permission. Victoria Daye, 41, of the 100 block of West Mulberry Street, was charged with three counts of burglary in the first, third and fourth degree, online court records show.

Daye entered the home through the side window and changed the locks. A preliminary court hearing has been scheduled for March 23 in Towson.
