Six St. Paul's Student-Athletes Commit to NCAA Colleges
A signing ceremony was held Friday morning at the Brooklandville school.

The parents of five students appeared to beam with pride Friday morning, watching their sons sign letters of intent to continue their athletic and academic careers.
“We are honored to celebrate the accomplishments of these student-athletes,” Headmaster Thomas Reid said. “I am happy for these young men and confident that their successes in athletics, coupled with their classroom achievements, have allowed them to choose schools that are a good match for each of them to continue their studies and pursue their passions.”
Five students signed their letters during the commitment ceremony in Brooklandville.

- Peter Galli, Wrestling: Stanford University
- Brad Mutchnik, Wrestling: American University
- Gavin Llewellyn, Lacrosse: Hobart and William Smith Colleges
- Spencer Parks, Lacrosse: University of North Carolina
- Lamonte Wade, Baseball: University of Maryland, College Park
Another St. Paul's student, Eric Friedman, has also committed to wrestle at the University of Pennsylvania. Friedman was not present at the signing because Ivy League schools do not offer athletic scholarships.
