On Monday and Tuesday the Assistance Center of Towson Churches will donate Thanksgiving meals to needy Baltimore County families.
According to an email from Ruth Schaefer, an ACTC volunteer, the organization collected more than the 2,200 bags it was able to donate last year.
Last week the meals for the nonprofit's Thanksgiving Basket Project were collected at Trinity Episcopal's Memorial Hall after residents from throughout the county helped by purchasing bags of food to be distributed.
