VIDEO: John Waters Talks About Coming Out

Almost everyone knows John Waters as the eccentric, eclectic mind behind the original Hairspray, Pink Flamingos and other cult classics inspired by our fair Baltimore City. 

But not everyone knows him as a Lutherville native. 

I'm posting the above video today, which posed the question to Mr. Waters, "How Did You Come Out?" because today is National Coming Out Day. 

Spoiler Alert: He says the concept is "square." 

But, his insights on the topic are far deeper than we could do justice.
