What's Wrong With This Photo?

Answer: Side Street Cafe owner Ozzie Mehdizadeh didn't have time to fix his shop's sign after he noticed fast-moving water swelling from a nearby creek. 

He said he's used to seeing the stream rising gradually with rainfall, but this afternoon he knew he had to act quickly. 

Mehdizadeh kicked his customers out—a first—and locked up his shop. Then he stayed, long after State Highway Administration crew members blocked off the intersection leading to Side Street. 

He a lit a cigarette (or 7 back-to-back) and could only hope that the $25,000 he had just put into renovations wasn't wasted. (See video.)
