Woman Hospitalized After I-83 Accident
One driver struck a car that had broken down, trapping a woman in her sedan.
A woman was sitting in her broken down car in the right lane of Interstate 83 Wednesday when another driver struck her from behind, according to a fire department official.
The woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries due to the incident.
The accident occurred just before 9 p.m., spokesman Capt. Ross Cooke said. All northbound lanes were blocked off as police officers and firefighters cleared the area.

Firefighters from the Lutherville Volunteer Fire Company pulled the woman, who from trapped, from her sedan.Â
