Towson Homicide Victim Identified As Student
A homicide in Towson occurred early Tuesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

TOWSON, MD — A homicide investigation is underway after someone was fatally shot in Towson early Tuesday morning, officials said.
Police said they found the victim after 2 a.m. in the unit block of West Susquehanna Avenue, where officers were called for a reported gunshot victim.
The victim was located outside, deceased, and has been identified as Ikemefuna Justin Eguh, 23.

Eguh, who was known as Justin by his friends and grew up in East Orange, N.J., enrolled last semester at Towson University as an exercise science major, university officials said.

The death of Eguh comes less than a month after another Towson student died. It was also reported about four months after a triple shooting occurred on campus.
