2 Men Charged in Towson University Student Robbery
Police allege the men sold the phones at the Eco ATM at the Towson Town Centre.

Baltimore County police have arrested and charged two men in the robbery of a Towson University student.
Kheddir Purvey, 22, and Darien Moss, 21, both of Baltimore, have been charged with robbing a woman at gun point and stole phones and purses while she was sitting in her car on Dec. 14, according to a police news release.
The men were charged with the crime after police allege they sold the phones at the Eco ATM in the Towson Town Centre after the robbery. An Eco ATM pays cash for phones turned into the kiosk.

Purvey is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $35,000 bail. Moss has been released on $75,000 bail.
