WJZ and WBAL both reported that the attack happened in a barbershop at the shopping center.

The shop owner, who remained anonymous, told both outlets that he had never seen the two victims.

"These were not people in my appointment book," he told WJZ. "None of my barbers knew who these people were. They came in as walk-ins. These people who came in had enemies and those enemies came looking for them specifically."

Officers think this is "an isolated incident."

The shop owner is frustrated that the assault tarnished his reputation.

"It's supposed to give just a relaxing atmosphere, and that's the irony of it all -- that some people we don't know can give us a bad reputation," he told WBAL. "I just want to fight that reputation, because I put a lot of work and pride into this, and I want it to be successful."

Authorities told WBAL that they are looking for four suspects.

The Baltimore County Police Department asked anybody with information to call (410) 307-2020.
