ATM Theft Nets 4 Arrests, Baltimore County Police Say

Police said four people were charged after an ATM was stolen from a business on North Charles Street.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Four people have been charged in an ATM theft on North Charles Street, according to police. Officials said the burglary occurred Monday.

Detectives and specialized personnel from the Baltimore County Police Department said they saw four people ram a stolen van into a building in the 6200 block of North Charles Street.

Afterward, the officers reported seeing the group stealing the ATM from a business, which was closed at the time.

These people have been charged, police reported Wednesday:

  • Jaquawon K. Matthews, 24
  • Jermaine K. Matthews, 26
  • Michael A. Owens, 26
  • Keshawna T. Williams, 21

Williams was released after posting $10,000 bail, police said, while the other three remain behind bars at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
