Audio: Senate Committee Debates School Board Bill
The voting session wasn't streamed online but that doesn't mean you can't listen to what happened in committee.
The Senate Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee today debated the Senate version of a bill creating a partially-elected school board in Baltimore County.
Unfortunately, the voting session is not streamed online as the committee does with bill hearings so the only way to know what happened was to follow my Twitter account.
Until now.

I recorded the voting session and while it's not broadcast quality it is fairly clear and you should be able to make out the entire debate without the need for an interpreter.
There wasnt any movement on the bill. Sen. Roy Dyson, vice chairman of the commitee, asked for a hold on the bill. It is not clear when it will come up again for a vote.
