Hairston, Legislators Set Meeting

Promised meeting scheduled for later this month.

County legislators and Baltimore County Public Schools Superintendent Joe A. Hairston have agreed to meet later this month, according to an email from Del. John A. Olszewski Jr., chairman of the county's House delegation.

Hairston and legislators will meet for an hour beginning at 4 p.m. on May 31 in conference room A of the main building at Greenwood — the schools system headquarters in Towson.

Reporters have been invited. It is not clear if the meeting is open to the general public.

Legislators hope to get answers to a list of questions given to Hairston during an April 8 breakfast meeting in Annapolis.
