Homan Returns to Work
County administrative officer returns nearly a month after falling from a horse.

County Administrative Officer Fred Homan is back on the job nearly a month after a at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma center.
Homan's return was confirmed in an email from Don Mohler, a county spokesman and chief of staff to County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.
"Fred is at work today," wrote Mohler in response to my quesition about Homan's rumored return. "It's great to have him back."

Homan was last week.
During his convalescence, Homan was by county Budget and Finance Director Keith Dorsey.

It's not immediately known if that means Homan will take his usual place at the table for tonight's County Council meeting. Odds are it will be Homan, not Dorsey, sitting there when the council convenes at 6 p.m.
"I don't think Fred understands the concept of 'light' work," Mohler wrote.
