Chairs Out Ahead of Towson 4th of July Parade

Towson residents aren't as hardcore as those in Catonsville, where the chairs have been out for .

If you're bringing chairs tomorrow, be sure to come early to claim your space. And bring an umbrella, too—for Wednesday morning.
