Maryland League of Conservation Voters released its annual scorecard on how state legislators voted on environmental issues during 2012 General Assembly session.
The league grades legislators based on their voting records on the floor and in committees on bills supported by the organization. The conservation scorecard included votes on bills allowing expanded offshore wind production and a doubling of the state's flush tax.
