Jan. 30—An unknown suspect entered an unlocked dorm room at Goucher College and stole a laptop.
Jan. 31—Near the intersection of Bosley and Allegheny avenues, a suspect had been following a victim's van when he pulled up and tried to run her and a companion off the road, damaging the victim's van's front bumper. Police have arrested 37-year-old Chad J. Kraemer, of the 1400 block of Taylor Avenue, an ex-boyfriend of the victim.

Feb. 1—An unknown suspect entered a home in the 7100 block of Heathfield Drive through an open door, while the victim was upstairs. The burglar took cash, a cell phone, a purse, two credit cards and a pair of glasses.
Feb. 2—Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect pried open a garage door at the Brooks-Huff repair shop in Towson. Nothing was taken.

Feb. 4—In the 6900 block of Lachlan Circle, unknown suspect somehow entered an apartment through a locked door while one resident was sleeping. A Toshiba laptop and an LG cell phone were discovered missing.
