Detectives said they arrested Foreman last Thursday, the day he shed his juvenile status for adulthood, at a home in the 2200 block of Graythorn Road. That's located in the Middle River neighborhood of Hawthorne.

Officers said they took Foreman to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with first-degree murder.

Authorities told Patch he was charged as an adult.

"This is an unbearable thing that we have to now live with," Tripp's aunt told WJZ. "You destroyed our family. This is a pain that we've never had to bear, and it's at the hands of someone else."
