GTC Hires New Executive Director
Pauline Harris comes from a background in public relations and marketing.

A Baltimore marketing and public relations strategist will become the next executive director of the Greater Towson Committee.
Pauline Harris, owner of SPIN, will take the reins of the group in early July, the group announced Tuesday.
Harris' firm, founded in 1994, specializes in markering, public relations, branding and business development in architecture, engineering and construction. She is also vice chair of communications for the Baltimore chapter of the Urban Land Institute.

She's also dabbled in politics, working with the campaign of Baltimore mayoral candidate Otis Rolley.
The Greater Towson Committee represents development interests in the Towson area.

Outgoing director Cindy Bledsoe in March. Her last day is June 30.
"It gives me both comfort and excitement to know the organization will be in such capable hands," Bledsoe said in an email announcing Harris' appointment.
The group is set to host its annual meeting in new Wellness Center at the Towson City Center at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, with general manager Steve Yasko as its keynote speaker.
