Juveniles Beat Up, Rob Intoxicated Man
One of the juveniles was arrested following the Saturday evening attack.
Three juveniles attacked and robbed an intoxicated man near Pennsylvania and Jefferson avenues Saturday evening.
Construction workers observed the two boys and a girl beat up the 22-year-old man at around 5:20 p.m. Saturday, according to a Baltimore County police report. The robbers stole the man's cell phone and wallet.
Police later arrested one of the suspects, who matched a description provided by witnesses, the report states. The phone and wallet were recovered.
