TOWSON, MD — A man who is missing in Towson may be in emotional distress, according to police.
Daquan Jakar Linton, 24, was last seen on Osler Drive wearing blue scrub pants and yellow socks at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12, officials said.
He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 175 pounds.
