New Restaurant Eyes Towson Circle Space
Pending a liquor board hearing, a new restaurant called Oyster Bay Grille may open in Towson.

A new restaurant is one step closer to a storefront at Towson Circle—a sign posted on a window on the south side of the entertainment complex advertises an upcoming liquor board hearing.
According to the Baltimore County liquor board docket, a hearing is scheduled Aug. 13 for the restaurant, called Oyster Bay Grille in the docket.
The applicants are named as a John and Nicholas Daskalakis. Attempts to reach either Daskalakis by phone were unsuccessful.

Nancy Hafford, executive director for the Towson Chamber of Commerce, said she doesn't know much about the new restaurant or its prospective owners. However, she said it would take the space vacated by Vin, which closed several years ago and was located on the back end of the building, near Delaware Avenue.
