No Action on Casey's at Liquor Board Hearing
The bar faced a show cause hearing after police reports of disorderly conduct

Citing the bar's cooperation with the liquor board and authorities, the Baltimore County Liquor Board opted Monday to take no action against for various violations levied against it last year.
"I don't see anything indicating that you did anything but the right thing, according to the police reports," said Charles Klein, the board's chairman.
The East Joppa Road bar faced a hearing on charges of rule violations involving excessive noise and serving intoxicated people, in relation to police reports from last year. In one incident, a man who had been kicked out of the bar kept trying to run back in.

But, Officer Donald Oakjones told the liquor board the bar's management "is 100 percent cooperative with us."
Owner Theresa Santoro told the board the incidents were isolated and that "it's a lot nicer place than a lot of these reports sound like it's been."

Klein, however, asked Santoro to ensure the bar's staff is retrained on procedures as a precaution.
