Officials To Cut Ribbon on Towson City Center

The new building will serve as corporate headquarters for MileOne Automotive and as clinic space for Towson University.

As hundreds of employees finish moving into Towson's newest office tower, Baltimore County officials are set to celebrate the opening Towson City Center.

County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, County Councilman David Marks and other county and business leaders will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday to cut the ribbon at Towson City Center and the new headquarters for MileOne Automotive inside.

MileOne will take four floors of the once-abandoned 12-floor tower, which Caves Valley Partners bought in 2010 before embarking on a $27 million facelift.

will also take four floors of the building for four clinics in its Institute of Well-Being, and a plaza-level space for WTMD.

Other tenants include the farm-to-table restaurant Cunningham Kitchen, investment advisory firm WMS Partners and office rental chain BusinessSuites.
