Police Announce Second Rodgers Forge Murder Arrest
Charles Leroy Jackson Jr. is charged with first-degree murder.

Baltimore County police have arrested and charged a second man with first-degree murder for his alleged role in a shooting death in Rodgers Forge last month.
According to a police news release, Charles Leroy Jackson Jr., 26, was arrested at his Hunt Valley work place without incident on Tuesday.
He is accused of murdering Donte Stephens who was shot and killed at about 5:30 a.m., July17, while driving near the intersection of Murdock and Blenheim roads.

Police also arrested and charged Dante Woods, 22, with first-degree murder about a week after the crime.
Police believe that the killing may have resulted from an earlier argument about laundry.
