Officers on March 4 announced the arrests of Jordan Kearney, 24, of Randallstown and Kendall Vaughn, 30, of Baltimore. Authorities said the illegal traffic stop happened on Feb. 28.
Separate judges released the men on recognizance on March 3.

Kearney was also charged with three other misdemeanor weapons charges and one firearm felony, the case file says.
