Hampton Man Killed in Monday Crash
Police said they have not yet determined the cause of the crash.

A Towson man was killed and two people were injured in a in Hampton, just north of the Baltimore Beltway, authorities said.
Edward Moshang, 73, of the 1200 block of Meadowlark Drive in Hampton, was killed when his 2002 Acura CL struck another vehicle on Providence Road near Green Acre Road at about 2:20 p.m. Monday, according to Baltimore County police.
Louise Rogers-Feher, a police spokeswoman, said preliminary findings from crash investigators show that Moshang was traveling north on Providence Road when his car struck a 2002 Isuzu Axiom in the southbound lane.

Moshang was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Axiom's driver, Hampton resident Elizabeth M. Monteilo-Collison, 48, of the 900 block of Ellendale Drive, was taken to Sinai Hospital with serious injuries, as was a passenger, Chas Edward Collison, 16, of the same address.
