Towson Area Residents Rally Against Crime
Towson Area Citizens on Patrol is hosting its 13th annual Rally Against Crime.

Towson area residents will congregate Friday at Allegheny Avenue near the roundabout to mark the 13th Annual Citizens on Patrol Rally Against Crime.
The event will kick off at 6 p.m., according to a news release from Baltimore County police. Chief Jim Johnson and Towson precinct Captain Rich Howard will attend.
Councilman David Marks will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

Towson Area Citizens on Patrol will also honor several people and groups for their work fighting crime in Towson, the release states.

The Recognition Award - Behavioral Assessment Unit – County Mobile Crisis and Workplace Violence Teams:
- Allison Paladino, Roxann Rogers, Tammy Stigile and staff
- Lieutenant Stephen Gossage, Sergeant Chuck Hart and staff
The Achievement Award – Community Action Team
- Sergeant Richard Delea and staff
The Young Leader Award
