Towson Crime: Armed Robbery at Exxon Station

Towson Park
York Road, 800 block. 1:56 a.m. July 1. A man entered the Exxon station, approached the counter and asked for Black & Mild cigars. He then jumped the counter, pointed a blue handgun at the clerk, then pulled him to the floor in front of the cash drawer. He demanded cash, and left with $700 in a black plastic bag. He fled down Bosley Avenue toward Fairmount Avenue.

Glen Eagles Court, 800 block. Between noon Feb. 7 and 1 p.m. June 15. A burglar pulled back a wire mesh above a storage unit and stole lawn equipment, wire, coolers, bed sets and car parts.

East Joppa Road, 200 block. Between 2:30 p.m. June 26 and 8:30 a.m. June 27. Two eight-foot copper downspouts were reported stolen from a building.
Ware Avenue, 200 block. Between 9:21 p.m. June 21 and 5 a.m. June 22. Several copper downspouts were reportedly taken overnight from Immaculate Conception Church.
Woodbrook
North Charles Street, 6200 block. Between 6 p.m. June 30 and 7:45 a.m. July 1. A burglar reportedly stole $280 from the cash drawers at the 7-Eleven and attempted to break into an ATM and safe, but was unsuccessful.
Riderwood
Ruxton Crossing Court, 8200 block. Between 12:30 a.m. June 29 and 6:30 a.m. June 30. A silver 2010 Toyota Corolla (MD tag 5AF0783) was reported missing from a driveway.
Bare Hills
Clarkview Road, 1400 block. Between 11:23 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. June 29. Two men were seen on surveillance footage peering into cars in the parking lot outside Bare Hills Racquet and Fitness Club. The men broke the window on one car and stole a Coach purse containing a wallet, dark green Burberry sunglasses, red and leopard print sunglasses and brown and gold Tory Burch sunglasses.
Hillendale
Altura Court, unit block. Between 9:15 and 11:45 p.m. June 25. A 2003 Cadillac Deville, Maryland tag 3AM5169, was reported stolen.
Kenton Road, 1300 block. Between 4 and 4:10 p.m. June 28. A burglar forced entry through a rear door, damaging its frame. Nothing was reported taken.
Fellowship Court Apartments
Ivywood Lane, 1100 block. Between 9 p.m. June 27 and 5 p.m. June 28. A Diamondback Vital 4 bike was reported stolen from a second floor balcony.
