Towson Times: Skidmore Court Owners Drop Appeal

County had ruled home at 16 Skidmore Court was an illegal boarding house

The Times' Loni Ingraham reports that the owners of 16 Skidmore Court have dropped a request for an appeal to a zoning ruling labeling it as an illegal boarding house.

After the former owner was cited in 2008 for letting four unrelated college-age students live in the home (a violation of county zoning law), he transferred ownership to them in an LLC.

In April, the county ruled that the Towson Park house was an illegal boarding house.
