Free monthly support group for caregivers offered via Zoom

Chesapeake Life Center will offer a free support group specifically for caregivers that will meet online beginning in October.

The Caregivers Monthly Support Group is designed for those actively caring for a loved one with a chronic illness. This group will provide attendees with an opportunity to connect with other caregivers and learn about resources, coping strategies and more, all in a safe, therapeutic space. The group will meet virtually via Zoom for Healthcare from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.
