Man Shot During Robbery Confrontation in Fort Washington
Police responded to the 9100 block of Loughran Road at around 2:20 a.m. to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Prince George's County police.

A man was shot early Tuesday in a confrontation during a residential robbery in Fort Washington, according to Cpl. Edward Martin, Prince George's County police spokesman.
Multiple suspects entered the residence by unknown means then confronted the man and demanded property, Martin said.

Police responded to the 9100 block of Loughran Road at around 2:20 a.m. to find the man suffering from a gunshot wound, Martin said. He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspects fled the scene following the confrontation and gunshot, Martin said. At this time, police do not know if anything was stolen, according to Martin.
