Police: Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash in Bowie
The victim collided with an oncoming car on Dec. 15, PGPD reports.

A motorcycle ride turned deadly when the driver collided with an oncoming vehicle.
Police received a call at about 5:50 p.m. Monday about a motorcycle collision on Laurel Bowie Road. When they arrived on the scene, Ali Blackshear, 36, was suffering with critical injuries. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Prince George’s County Police Department investigators found that Blackshear was traveling southbound on Laurel Bowie Road. To avoid a stopped car, Blackshear veered into the oncoming lane when he collided with a Honda CRV that was traveling northbound.

The Honda driver was not seriously hurt.
