Sexual Abuse Of A Minor Leads To Prince George's County Man's Arrest: Police
A Prince George's County resident faces several charges including third-degree sex offense and second-degree assault.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A Prince George's County man has been arrested on a warrant for sex abuse of a minor. Thomas Coronado-Velazquez was taken into custody Oct. 14 without incident. He has been charged with third-degree sex offense, second-degree assault, fourth-degree sexual contact and two counts of conducting visual surveillance of another without consent.
According to the warrant, on April 28, The Prince George’s County Child Protective Service was notified about a sexual child abuse case. Detectives learned that on and around March 2016 through January 2021, Coronado-Velazquez had engaged in sexual acts with a minor victim at a residence in Capitol Heights.
