Robberies, assaults and burglaries.

 

The Montgomery County Police have released the latest crime statistics for the Fourth District, from Oct. 31 through Nov. 8.

Robbery

  • Hathaway Drive & Georgia Avenue, Wheaton, on Nov. 3 between 11:30 p.m. and 11:47 p.m.  Suspects: two black males, 18-20, 6’2, 150-160 lbs.

  • Weller Road & Flack Street on Nov. 3 at 11:45 p.m.  

  • 2300 block of Glenmont Circle, Wheaton, on Nov. 7 at 11:10 p.m.

Robbery/Assault

  • On the grounds of the Wheaton Pool, 3201 Randolph Road, Wheaton, on Nov. 2 at 8:50 a.m.  Arrested:  male 20, from Garrett Park


Strong-arm robbery

  • At South Belgrade Road and Lamberton Drive, Silver Spring, on Nov. 7 at 9:56 p.m.
  • In the area of Bally’s, 11010 Veirs Mill Road, Silver Spring, on Oct. 31 at 7:00 p.m. Suspect: black male, 17-19, 5’5” to 5’6”, 150 - 165 lbs., wearing a black mask, a black sweat shirt with red lining, and black jeans.


Residential burglary

  • 2100 block of Parker Avenue, Silver Spring, between Nov. 6 at noon and Nov. 7 at 12:10 a.m.  Unforced entry; property taken.
  • 10400 block of Proctor Street, Silver Spring, on Nov. 4 between 9:30 a.m. and 7:15 p.m.  No forced entry; property taken.
