WHEATON, MD — Montgomery County police are searching for a man they say robbed a Macy's store in Wheaton.According to police, the incident happened Sunday around 4:35 p.m. at the store located at 11160 Veirs Mill Rd. Police said the man entered the store and stole clothing. As he was leaving, police said he pulled a knife on a loss prevention officer who attempted to stop him. He then fled the store.No injuries were reported.Police said the man is Hispanic and was wearing a dark-colored shirt with an American flag, an Adidas hat, black and white Nike shoes, and a black backpack. Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the suspect or the case to contact Crime Solvers of Montgomery County.
