Five things for the ides of November.

1. Did you enjoy yesterday’s summer weather? Today’s forecast is cloudy, with a 50/50 chance of showers. Expect highs in the mid 60s, but not as much wind as yesterday. In the evening, there’s a high chance of rain, with lows around 50.

2. The public hearing for the proposed anti-loitering law--an alternative to the controversial youth curfew bill--will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Montgomery County Council building in Rockville.
