Central MA Credit Union Earns Spot On Top 10 Best To Work For In The U.S.

MASSACHUSETTS — A credit union that works with people and businesses in Central Massachusetts earned a top spot on a national ranking.

Central One was named in the top ten in this year's "Best Credit Unions to Work For" list from American Banker. The credit union, based in Central Massachusetts, was ranked No. 9 and was also the only credit union in the Northeast to appear on the list, according to a news release.

The list ranks 68 of the best credit unions to work for in the country. The rank is based on two surveys, one of employees and one of employers.

Central One is a not-for-profit credit union that serves Worcester County and parts of Middlesex and Norfolk Counties. There are branches in Shrewsbury, Westborough, Worcester and Milford.
