Chick-fil-A Opens New MA Restaurant + Taco Day Deals: MA Food Week

MASSACHUSETTS — Welcome to Patch's weekly round up of food and restaurant news in Massachusetts, where we review openings, closings and more in the state's dining scene.
Thursday marked the opening of the state's latest Chick-fil-A, which opened ahead of Sunday football at Patriot Place.
Located at 80 Washington St. on the south side of Patriot Place, Chick-fil-A Foxborough will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

As part of the opening, the restaurant will donate $25,000 to Feeding America to aid in the fight against hunger in the local Foxborough community, officials said.
The restaurant will be owned and operated by John De Simone, a Harvard University graduate and entrepreneur.

De Simone and his wife, Lisa, are proud parents to twin boys, John and Christian. He actively gives back to the community through his role as a youth football and baseball coach, reflecting his passion for mentorship both on and off the field, officials said.
