Biggest Names In Ice Cream Plan To Scoop At This Summer Charity Event: MA Cheap Eats

MASSACHUSETTS — Eating ice cream is a sublime experience on its own, but what about eating ice cream for a good cause?
The Jimmy Fund has announced the return of the annual Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl for the 42nd year, scheduled from June 3 through June 5 at Boston's City Hall Plaza. This year's event will run from noon to 8 p.m. on all days.
Attendees will be able to sample ice cream from names like Ben & Jerry's, Van Leeuwen, McConnell's Fine Ice Cream and even Philadelphia Water Ice while supporting cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

The festival will once again feature Scoop at Night on Thursday, June 5 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Adults 21+ (with valid form of ID) will enjoy unlimited ice cream paired with two drink tickets (beer and wine).
Tickets for Scooper Bowl are available for purchase starting at $15. Scoop at Night tickets are $35. All tickets can be purchased at scooperbowl.org by calling 857-215-5025.

This year’s Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl will also offer a sensory-friendly hour on June 4 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for those who need a quiet, less crowded time to enjoy the event.
All funds raised from this event will support adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber.
