MA Man Beats Own Hot Dog Record: Food Week

We have a new hot dog record — or at least Warren resident Brandon Wood does.
Last weekend, Wood his own record in the Topsfield Fair hot dog eating contest by downing the equivalent of 22 standard hot dogs in seven minutes.

Warren ate 11 quarter-pound hot dogs to snap his own previous record of 10 from 2022.
This was the fifth year of the Fair's hot dog bonanza with Wood winning the prize pot of $205 courtesy of contest sponsor Marc Freedman at the Bnai Brith Booth.

Head to Stone Cow Brewery farm in Barre Saturday and Sunday for the brewer's annual Harvest Festival. The festival includes live music, ice cream made on site, beer, cider and seltzer, "field-to-flame" barbecue, "pumpkin chuckin" with a pumpkin cannon and more autumnal delights.
