Winter Is Coming Back: Where Will April Snow Stick In Massachusetts This Weekend?
This weekend will feel anything like spring across New England with snow, rain, a raw wind and highs in the 30s.
MASSACHUSETTS — Snowy bursts and an overall raw, cold, wintry feel will make this weekend feel anything but spring-like across Massachusetts.
After a light coating of snow fell across much of the region Friday morning, more bouts of snow — which could be heavy at times — are expected late Friday night into Saturday, according to the National Weather Service. Snow could coat grassy surfaces in Greater Boston and the North Shore, while up to 1 to 3 inches may accumulate in Worcester County, far northern Middlesex County and out to the Berkshires.
Snow is unlikely to stick to roads and sidewalks, making for limited travel disruptions.

Rain will continue off and on through Saturday night with temperatures steady in the 30s and wind switching around from the north.
Sunday will be another unsettled day but could trend a bit warmer with a high of 48 degrees. Rain will persist along the coast with breaks in precipitation inland.
Much more pleasant weather will return in time for the new work week, with sunny skies and a high of 60 degrees on Monday and partly sunny skies with a chance of a rain and a high of 64 on Tuesday.
