Find Out Who Woke Up To Nearly 10 Inches Of Snow Saturday Morning Across Massachusetts
A large portion of Worcester County got slammed with 6 inches or more of snow with much lesser amounts closer to Greater Boston.

MASSACHUSETTS — A stunning spring snowstorm dropped nearly 10 inches of heavy wet snow across a large region of interior Massachusetts overnight in one of the biggest April snowfalls in recent memory for that part of the state.
Areas that were forecast to get between 1 and 3 inches of snow were blasted with 6 inches or more, with Princeton (near Wachusett Mountain) checking in at 9 inches and Ashburnham in far northern Worcester County piling up 8 inches of snow, along with Holden closer to Worcester.
The snow came in very heavy bursts, with rates at 2 to 3 inches per hour early Saturday morning. Roads in central Massachusetts — including I-190 and Route 2 in the Gardner and Westminster stretch — were closed for a time because of crashes and rapidly accumulating snow.
