According to Niche, Weston, Hopkinton and Wellesley have the best public school districts in the state. Here's a peek into the home markets.

MASSACHUSETTS — It's back to school season, which means kids and parents will be heading out (or logging on) to shop for school supplies and first-day outfits.
Often in Patch's weekly home roundups, the focus is placed on the homes themselves. Which one has a unique feature, the best pool or a remarkable view? This week, however, the column focuses on one thing: location, location, location.

According to Niche.com, Weston Public Schools, Hopkinton Public Schools and Wellesley Public Schools are the best three districts in the state. So what do the home markets look like?
The Warren Group publishes monthly breakdowns of median sale pricing on home sales in Massachusetts. According to their data from June, the median home sale price for 2023 in each of the three communities is:

- Hopkinton — $832, 450
- Wellesley — $1.87 million
- Weston — $842,500
Using that price point, Patch editors have selected three homes listed most closely to the "average." Here's what that dollar amount can get you in the Bay State's top three school districts:
Hopkinton
This Deerfield Estates home features two bedrooms and three bathrooms in addition to a den, for any potential buyers looking for a work-from-home space.
The home also features a backyard patio serving as a perfect spot to sit and relax with your favorite beverage and a good book.
Wellesley

This three-bedroom unit overlooks the Brook Path at Wellesley Green's Lincoln House.

Weston
