According to the secretary of state's office,1,297,480 people have already voted in Massachusetts as of 4 p.m. Tuesday, a full week before Election Day. That's more than a quarter of all registered voters in the state.
"We're very happy about it," said Secretary of State Bill Galvin. "I've been to some of the early locations, and people and I are excited... They're coming in with their children."
