3. HEALTHY LIVING 101: South Acton Congregational Church is sponsoring a group program, Healthy Living 101 that is geared toward slow and steady shifts in some of our self destructive habits and changing them to productive self-care habits. This is a 6-month program designed to support those who want to find more clarity, energy and enthusiasm for living a radiantly healthy life. The program is based on the idea that eating healthy – although vitally important -is just the beginning. Full and radiant health is about finding power in your all areas of your life – your career, relationships, spirituality, exercise routine and diet.
This group meets from 7:30-9:00pm, the first and third Mondays of each month. It is held at the South Acton Congregational Church. The cost is on a sliding scale basis from $20-50./month and all proceeds are donated to the church.
