Thursday: Sunshine yet again. Upper 60s to near 70. The usual exceptions apply... cooler upper 50s to low 60s along the coast/Capes/Islands.
Friday: Cooler with a mix of sun & clouds. Highs from 56-64...coolest along the coast with a healthy east wind 7-14mph.

2. OPEN MIC NIGHT: This year’s event will be from 7 to 9 pm in the small cafe of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. Students are invited to come sit in candlelight and listen to musical performances, poetry readings, and recitations. The night is free and will have refreshments available, so stop by to join in or watch at your leisure.

3. GIRLS' SOFTBALL NIGHT: Celebrate girls' softball for the towns of Lincoln and Sudbury at Featherland Park. The celebration begins with the LSRHS JV game against Waltham at 4 p.m., followed by food and some pre-game fun at 5:30 p.m. The varsity game against Waltham begins at 7 p.m.
4. ODD HOLIDAYS HELD TODAY: Today is Baby Day. Parents, especially new parents, can celebrate this day by spending extra time with your infant. After all, they will be babies for an all too short time. Also, learn more about how to care for them.
